Mathematics Course Placement

Beginning Fall 2026, we are using a corequisite math model. This means you will go directly into the math course required by your major either as a stand-alone section or as a section paired with a corequisite support course with prefix MATC.

To register for a stand-alone section math course, you must meet one of the following criteria. If you do not meet one of the criteria, register for the corequisite section of your course with the companion support section.
